Happy Friday from Boston! I have to say that I absolutely love it here. I’m a Seattle girl and don’t ever see us moving but I could easily live here. Until it gets cold anyway :). Anyway, it’s still Friday so no matter which coast you’re on, it’s time to celebrate!
Speaking of celebrating, today’s favorite are true feel goods because I’m determined to look for the beauty this week. Because even though it’s a little harder to find lately, it’s still there!

Check out how delicious this Pink Flamingo drink from Boxwood Avenue sounds! You could easily turn it into a mocktail too :). Ever since I saw that Kate Spade purse last year I’ve had a thing for flamingos, and this makes it official :).

I saw this midi skirt in Tory Burch tonight (I was so stoked to find an actual store!) and it is beautiful!
I’m in the process of writing a Seattle area hiking bucket list post, and I have a friend who’s hooking me up with some great suggestions. When I saw Postcard’s From Seattle’s Best Washington Summer Hikes I took it as a sign I’m headed in the right direction. Fresh air and gorgeous views do a body (and mind) good!
Before I left for Boston, Seattle was pretty cold and stormy. Apparently, this happened the night after I left. A friend texted me this picture and it’s such a stark reminder that life still has good and”the world isn’t ending”. So true. This, my friends is what tracing the rainbow through the rain is. It’s allowing yourself to feel those emotions that this past couple of weeks has brought us, but to not sit in that for too long because there is still a life out there to live. A vibrant, colorful, brilliant life. We just have to part the clouds sometimes to let it shine.
I encourage you all to find one beautiful gem in the rough this weekend. One moment, one sound, something that you find extra beautiful.
Have a most lovely weekend all my angels 🙂
