Another week comes to a close with a strong performance from Green Bay. You’ll never hear me say Go Pack Go, but I do have to admit that Aaron Rodgers is playing out if his mind right now. 5 TDs? Not too shabby.
Getting right to it….
Ice up son. It makes my heart happy to see “old man” Steve Smith tear it up against the Bengals. 2 TDs and 186 yards is a nice day’s work for a 36-year-old. This happens to be the same day as I watched the American Ninja Warrior Finale where a 36-year-old conquered Mt. Midoryama. There’s hope for me yet 😉
Offensive lines. Some are better than others of course, but Seattle and Kansas City you’re at the forefront of my mind. I keep hearing how it’s hard to find truly talented offensive linemen, but come on! There is NO reason Russell Wilson should be sacked 4 times by a team that hadn’t had a sack all season. I know it is not all their fault, but still. Anyway, moving on.
Blowouts. I don’t care how good New England is, losing to them 17-51 is pretty bad even if you are the Jaguars. And the 47-7 (Arizona/49rs) and 41-14 (Buffalo/Miami) games aren’t anything to write home about either. “Are you not entertained?” No, not really.
Gridiron Gingers eeked out a another 2 win week, and that was with my Ginger, Andy Dalton taking Drew Brees place. Kismet?

Baseball playoffs are nearing, and soccer playoffs are getting closer as well. The Mariners have been on Life Support for a while, but the Sounders still have a chance and are in the middle of the race to the playoffs.
That’s a quick look back at this last week in my sports world. If you are a sports fan what were your favorite moments from this last week?
May all your teams win….unless they play mine!
