It’s the last Monday in April! Talk about insanity. Another weekend bites the dust over here at Chasing My Halo and it consisted of a Birthday dinner, a co-ed BaByQ shower, and catching up with some relatives I hadn’t seen in a while. Lots of social time:). I ended up with more pictures of food than of people though, and that needs to change (even if the food was amazing)!
Even though The Nectar Collective Weekly Wishes link up has retired, I am going to continue the practice because it’s proven helpful. Feel free to leave your own goals in the comment section and we can help keep each other accountable!
May is my Birthday month, and always seems to be the busiest one other than December. Mother’s Day, Memorial Day weekend activities, and the spring weather spur on all kinds of fun. Yay for May babies and spring!
April Goal Check In
Make Easter Goodies. Nailed it, but not without a major Pinterest cookie bunny fail!
Finish Book Club Books. Nailed it!
Reorganize kitchen drawers and cupboards! Failed it :(.
Reduce negative self-talk. Nailed it but there is still plenty of room for further growth in this area.
Go to the SoFab Conference. My first “big girl” blogging event. Eeek! Nailed it! I loved the experience and hope to write about it soon.
Make some side dishes for a couple of different events this month. Nailed it! I definitely put those Pampered Chef products to use!
Walk the Seahawks 5K with my mom! Nailed it!
Try again with the affiliate marketing. Failed it for the most part. I have made some baby steps and increased my knowledge, now it’s just time to apply!
Finish out fertility yoga classes. Nailed it! It was different from any other yoga practice I’d participated in. I will probably do another session at some point this year.
Catch up on some of the blog posts that have been on the back burner.
Attend two out-of-state dental courses I’m signed up for.
Figure out what to do for my Birthday.
Think of something special for Mother’s Day.
Workout at least 3 days a week!
Research where to start with herbs/gardening in our small space.
Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep consistently.
Your turn! What’s on the agenda for May?
