How was your Valentine’s Day weekend? It was one of my favorite ones to date! I did a Scavenger Hunt for E that I’ll touch on later on this week. It was a lot of fun and in his words “combined his love of spontanaety with my love of planning”. Perfect!
Sunday I met up up with some girlfriends for a brunch we try to do semi regularly (and this one was celebrating birthdays), went to church, and ended my evening with my first candlelight hot yoga. It was only 70 minutes, and I think I found my yoga niche :). It was truly lovely.
Linking my goals up for this week at Nectar Collective.
Last Week’s Goals
Get through week 2 of #TaketheLeap/#Bringingbackyoga Challenge by continuing on with the PiYo workouts. Nailing it! I’ve been staying regular with this challenge.
Finalize Valentine’s Day plans. I’m pretty excited that it falls on a weekend this year! Nailed it! Stay tuned:).
Research into a custom signature to put at the end of my posts. Failed it:(. Valentine’s Day ended up being a lot more time intensive than I thought it would be :(.
Start – with the #Bebetter52 Challenge that I heard about from Sierra. Every week is a challenge for some type of healthy habit, and for every week you complete the challenge one dollar goes to charity! So I can feel good about helping myself and others at the same time! If you sign up before Valentine’s Day then you can register a friend for free (otherwise it’s $52). For more info check it out here. Nailed it! I’m pretty excited about these weekly challenges! Last week’s was to write some love letters, and this week’s is on 30 sec tasks.
Keep working on increasing water and veggie intake. Goal this week is to record my meals. Nearly-nailed it. Water uptake was WAY better and I definitely got more veggies in then the week before, but need to increase it even more.
This Week’s Goals

Continue on my water/veggie goal.
