Last week we celebrated our two-year Anniversary! Every year (okay, there have only been two lol) the first thing I do is check out This guide.
The next thing I do is head over to The Dating Divas. This is such a great site for all things date related, they are so creative and even have free printables to go along with their many ideas.
Strangely enough, this year my inspiration came from this pic (source unknown). Here is my finished product!
If you can’t see all the words they are as follows:
C if for cotton boxers that will look cute on you
O is for one new jersey, cuz that’s what we do
T is for 2 T-shirts that fit your frame
T is for Tickets to the Sounders Game
O is for one package of socks, like the ones I steal
N if for new warm and comfy PJ’s, like you make me feel 🙂
I just printed out the words, glued them to card stock, hole punched, and attached with twine! Easy Peesy! The hardest part was getting it all arranged in the basket just right. The best part? The word play!:)
Our Anniversary day both of us had to work, but I left a fun little note on the mirror for him to wake up to, and he brought me home a gorgeous bouquet of flowers before we headed off to dinner. He said he even looked up the flower for 2nd Anniversaries, and they told him it wasn’t available this season. I give him major props for even thinking of that! We headed off to the Dahlia lounge for an excellent meal (and the best coconut cream pie ever) and great conversation to wrap up two wonderful years. Man they went by fast!
How do you like to celebrate your milestones and anniversaries?

9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
